Navigating the U.S. corporate tax rules is a challenge for businesses, where good advice can make the difference for companies between paying a double-digit, single-digit or in some cases negative overall tax rate. 

The list below ranks the S&P companies with the lowest corporate tax rates in 2022, with the top five companies having an average overall tax rate of -18.76%. The average overall tax rate across all S&P 100 companies is 18.87%.
