Bill.com now in 137 countries
Bill.com now offers international payments to 137 countries and in 106 currencies. Since the beginning of the year, Bill.com reports that the number of transactions it processes increased 216 percent and total payment volume increased 258 percent.
Former Intuit exec Allison Mnookin joins Bill.com board
Software executive Allison Mnookin has joined the Bill.com board of directors. Mnookin most recently served as CEO of Quick Base Inc., a provider of online application software, formerly a division of Intuit. Prior to Quick Base, she held several leadership positions at Intuit, including as a general manager in Intuit’s small business division where she was responsible for leading a portfolio of Intuit’s business products, including QuickBooks. She was also instrumental in the early formation and growth of Quicken Loans. Before this, she held several sales and marketing positions with Oracle Corporation.
Paychex wins HR tech award
Payroll and HR technology provider Paychex has been given the “Awesome New HR Technologies for HR” award by the HR Technology Conference and Exposition. The award was given for Paychex’s Flex solution, which is a modular, online HR management tool scalable to organizations of different sizes.
Concur offers TripIt app for Mac
Concur now offers its travel-organizing app, TripIt, for Mac users. The app automatically creates a master itinerary for each trip so staff can access their travel plans remotely. TripIt for Mac offers features including offline mode for airplane travel, and pre-trip information including neighborhood safety scores and links to maps.
