AAFCPAs moved its headquarters to a larger office at 50 Washington Street in Westborough, which is 18,964 square feet, making it 5,000 square feet larger than its current headquarters.
NEW YORK
WithumSmith+Brown announced the expansion of its New York City operations with a new office space at 1411 Broadway, where it will occupy two floors and a total of 44,000 square feet at the 40-story, 1.128-million-square-foot Garment District office tower.
Mazars USA, New York, released its annual Mazars 2017 Food & Beverage Industry Study Results Report, which found most food and beverage companies anticipate a significant increase in sales this year for the second consecutive year. More information on the study and results is availablehere .
Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, New York, supported the United Way of Long Island’s Stuff-a-Bus campaign this year, which provides children from low-income families with new school supplies. As part of Baker Tilly’s donation, team members also volunteered at United Way’s Deer Park office location on September 1 to fill new backpacks with lunch boxes, notebooks, pencils, crayons and scissors. The supplies will be delivered to schools in seven school districts on September 11.

Wipfli, Milwaukee, launched Wipfli Web Marketing, a web marketing group specializing in developing websites for effective customer engagement and lead generation. The group will also provide innovative graphic design and digital marketing programs. The group of web marketing professionals was formerly known as The Placemaking Group. In other firm news, Wipfli announced it has become a 2017 champion of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month, joining a global effort of colleges and universities, businesses, government agencies, associations, nonprofit organizations and individuals to promote online safety awareness in October.
