FLORIDA

The Greater Orlando chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants will host its eighth annual Accounting Careers Awareness Program at the University of Central Florida July 14-19. The event is NABA’s signature pipeline program, designed to increase the understanding of accounting and business career opportunities among high school students and underrepresented ethnic groups. The National Association of State Boards of Accountancy Center for the Public Trust has opened nominations for its annual Bill Daniels Being a Difference Award, which is sponsored by the Daniels Fund and honors its founder, the late Bill Daniels.
