KANSAS

The Kansas Society of CPAs held a speakeasy-themed event to reunite 10 years of “20 up to 40” leadership program alumni, as well as celebrate an enhancement to that program, the Lead to the Future Leadership-Elite Network, with a new class of participants. All participants marked the milestones at the Dockum Speakeasy in Wichita.

MASSACHUSETTS

Gray, Gray & Gray, Canton, partnered with the Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester for a back-to-school “backpack challenge,” setting a goal to fill 50 backpacks with donated essential items to benefit underprivileged families. From now through Aug. 26, visitors the firm’s offices can drop off items to be donated through the Gray, Gray & Gray Charitable Foundation.

More than 500 employees and partners spent the day at more than 30 community and nonprofit programs in New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Maryland, Philadelphia, Sacramento, Los Angeles and Chicago in late May and June.
