Novogradac & Company, San Francisco, released the 2017 edition of the report, Novogradac Multifamily Rental Housing Operating Expense Report–Survey and Analysis of LIHTC Properties, which found the cost of operating acquisition-rehabilitation properties in 2015 was $902 per unit higher than new construction properties and nearly double the margin of $477 per unit in 2010.

WISCONSIN
Wipfli, Milwaukee, was honored by the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with its inaugural Weyenberg Prize for Business Excellence, recognizing a company that demonstrated business excellence through leadership transformation, strategy and execution. Wipfli received the award at UW-Green Bay’s annual Business Week Dinner on March 28. UW-Green Bay business administration student Justin Krizenesky also received a scholarship in the name of Wipfli for exemplifying the spirit of the Weyenberg Prize.
