Josh Tyree
Josh Tyree has been named chief executive officer of Sorren, Meridian. He was previously president of the firm; as part of a planned transition, previous CEO Michael O'Donnell will now serve as executive chairman. As CEO, Tyree will emphasize strategic direction, innovation and the development of new service offerings. Sorren was formed in May by combining 13 separate accounting firms with backing from private equity firm DFW Capital Partners.

MICHIGAN

KSM, Indianapolis, launched an investment banking service line with the addition of the investment banking team of Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Charter Capital Partners. Charter's Mike Brown and Mark Streekstra are joinining KSM as partners and managing directors and will lead the 13-member investment banking team, which will transition to the name KSM Corporate Finance.
