RSM US, Chicago, added as new members of its executive leadership team: Sam Mascareno succeeding Bill Gorman as chief operating officer; Brandon Rucker succeeding Joel Shamon as enterprise assurance leader; Stuart Taub as enterprise markets and industry leader; and to join the ELT: Ericka Foster, first deputy general counsel; Rod Reimann, enterprise sales leader; and Maria Severino, enterprise tax growth and industry leader and Canada tax leader. Additionally, RSM named Jamie Burgess as chair of the RSM US board of directors effective May 1, 2025, through November 30, 2026, succeeding Brandon Rucker, who was named the firm's new enterprise assurance leader and member of the executive leadership team.
