Cathy Hyodo, market managing partner in the Los Angeles office at Grant Thornton, was named a Los Angeles Business Journal Woman of Influence and Top 100 Accountant for the third consecutive year.

Justin Patellaro was hired as a wealth advisor in the San Ramon office at Eide Bailly.

Moss Adams, Seattle, has launched a government contractors practice to help businesses navigate the complexities of working with governments in areas such as aerospace and defense, construction, renewable energy and technology. It will offer a range of services, including Federal Acquisition Regulation compliance consulting, cost accounting standards implementation and support, Defense Contract Audit Agency-compliant accounting systems, indirect rate preparation and analysis, incurred cost submissions and government contract proposal preparation and negotiation, and more. The practice will be led by partners Rich Weber and Sheila Herrera.
