Armanino, San Ramon, reached agreement with Microsoft to license its Revenue Recognition Management for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Armanino’s solution will be built into Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
CAMICO, San Matteo, was named the preferred provider of professional liability and employment practices liability insurance for the Idaho Society of CPAs.
Kevin Baril was named to the newly created role of national managing principal of innovation at Grant Thornton, Chicago.

The American Institute of CPAs announced several awards during the Engage and affiliated conferences in Las Vegas June 11-14.

Matthew Rosenberg, president of RoseCap Investment Advisors, was named the winner of the 2018 AICPA Outstanding Young CPA Award in Honor of Maximo Mukelabai. Rosenberg was recognized for his numerous civic and volunteer activities in Mesa County, Colorado, and his dedication to educating the future pipeline of accounting professionals as a tenured professor at Colorado Mesa University.

The AICPA honored 17 CPAs under the age of 40 for contributions to personal financial planning with the Personal Financial Planning Standing Ovation at the AICPA’s Engage Advanced PFP Conference in Las Vegas. The AICPA also awarded Chris Deblanc with the 2018 P. Thomas Austin Personal Financial Planning Division Scholarship at the AICPA’s Advanced Estate Planning Conference. The annual scholarship is awarded to a CPA who has 10 years or less in workforce and less than 10 years of experience in estate planning. The scholarship covers the cost of attending the AICPA’s Advanced Estate Planning Conference, as well as the related travel expenses.

The AICPA honored Jean-Luc Bourdon with the AICPA’s 2017 Personal Financial Planning Distinguished Service Award, granted annually to an AICPA member whose volunteer efforts have made significant contributions to the personal financial planning profession, and presented at the AICPA’s Advanced PFP Conference.

The AICPA also awarded Theodore Sarenski with the Sidney Kess Award for Excellence in Continuing Education, presented at the Conference on Tax Strategies for High-Income Individuals.

Eide Bailly, Fargo, announced submissions are being accepted for the sixth annual Resourcesfullness Awards, recognizing outstanding nonprofit revenue generation initiatives with a $10,000 award and two $2,500 awards given in five states: Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, North Dakota and Utah.
