Kimberly DeWoody, audit partner in the Fort Worth office of Whitley Penn, will be honored as a 2019 Legacy of Women by SafeHaven of Tarrant County at the annual 2019 Legacy of Women luncheon benefiting SafeHaven of Tarrant County in October. John Moriarty was selected as the new associate chief counsel, Income Tax and Accounting, at the Internal Revenue Service. Moriarty served as deputy associate chief counsel of Income Tax and Accounting at the IRS since April 2012.
