In other EY news, James Mackie was appointed co-director, alongside Robert Carroll, of the Quantitative Economics and Statistics group, which he joins after retiring from serving for a decade as director of the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Tax Analysis, and more than 30 years at the Treasury.
