McGovern was with the U.S. Department of Justice for the past 14 years, most recently serving as Senior Deputy Chief in the Criminal Division, Fraud Section. In other EY news, James Mackie was appointed co-director, alongside Robert Carroll, of the Quantitative Economics and Statistics group, which he joins after retiring from serving for a decade as director of the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Tax Analysis, and more than 30 years at the Treasury.
