Eric Lee, a principal and Phoenix practice leader in the Consulting Services Division at Keegan, Linscott & Kenon PC, has earned the Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor certificate from the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors.
Kisriev-Maga-Hood and Strong

CALIFORNIA

Maga Kisriev has been named a partner at Hood & Strong LLP, San Francisco. He joined the firm in 2013 and works in the not-for-profit practice.

Jonny Joseph has joined the El Segundo/Los Angeles office of Prager Metis CPAs LLC as a director in the Audit Department.

INDIANA

Aimee Woehler has been promoted to senior accountant at Sponsel CPA Group, Indianapolis. She joined the firm’s Entrepreneurial Services Department in 2014.

Justin Wood has been promoted to cost segregation manager at McGuire Sponsel, Indianapolis, while Russell Pitts has joined the firm as a cost segregation consultant.

MASSACHUSETTS

Janet Hodgdon, director of health care development at Baker Newman Noyes, has received the 2017 Healthcare Financial Management Association Founders Medal of Honor from the HFMA Massachusetts-Rhode Island Chapter Board of Directors, for her service to HFMA and to the health care finance profession. She has been a member of HFMA since 1999.

MISSOURI

MarksNelson, Kansas City, announced three new hires: Eduardo Heringer and Hayle Martin have joined the firm as a staff accountant in the Accounting Services Department, and Haley Thomann as a business development specialist in the Marketing Department.

NEW JERSEY

Sarah Krom, managing partner of SKC and Co. CPAs LLC, Boonton Township, has been named president-elect of the New Jersey Society of CPAs. At 34, she is the youngest person to hold that position, and the third female. Krom joined the NJCPA in 2003, and steadily held positions of note within the organization, including having served as chair and vice chair of the Young CPAs Council (now the Emerging Leaders Council). She currently serves on the NJCPA Scholarship Fund and the Strategic Planning Committee and has been an active member of the Bergen Chapter.

NEW YORK

Stuart Taub has been named market managing partner for the New York practice of RSM US LLP, succeeding Donald Lipari, who has been named RSM national industry leader. Taub joined RSM in 1995.

Henry G. Koziol has been named managing director of Top 100 Firm Freed Maxick CPAs PC, Buffalo, effective July 1. He has been with the firm for more than 30 years and has served in a leadership role at the organization for more than 15 years. He succeeds Timothy McPoland, who is returning to a director role focused on business development.

Dixon Hughes Goodman, Charlotte, admitted 11 new partners and principals: In tax, Natalie Centeno, in Charlotte, N.C., Stephanie Fenner in Gaithersburg, Md., and Teri Sowder (Tax, Jacksonville, Fla.; in assurance, Louie Galbraith and Luke Martonik in Tysons, Va., Kelly Hill in Charlotte, N.C., Wesley McLeod in High Point, N.C., Rob Oden in Newport News, Va., and Brian Smith in Tampa Bay, Fla.; and in health care consulting, Wanda Justus and Chris Masone in Greenville, S.C. Separately, Will Sneed has been named president of DHG Wealth Advisors, succeeding Woody Hoyle, who remains actively engaged with his clients. Sneed joined the firm in 2006.

Paul Maulfair has joined the York office of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause LLP as a tax partner in the manufacturing and distribution group.
