CALIFORNIA
Beatrix Bernauer was named chief compliance officer at Grant Thornton, Los Angeles, leading the firm’s formal compliance program, and coordinating with other firm leaders to promote the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all areas of Grant Thornton’s business. Bernauer, who has been with the firm for 14 years, currently serves as deputy general counsel and principal in risk, regulatory and legal affairs.
