CONNECTICUT

The Financial Accounting Standards Board, Norwalk, appointed three new members to its Investor Advisory Committee: Janet Pegg, senior analyst, Zion Research Group; Yoni Engelhart, partner, Schilit Forensics; and Brian Kleinhanzl, managing director, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.

Dean Dorton, Lexington, announced four hires: Jordan Martin as an office specialist, Tiffany Smith and Chris Davis as associates, and Dawn Lenzini as a manager, in accounting and financial outsourcing.

MARYLAND

Saidu Hasim-Cole was hired as a staff accountant in the business services department, and Delmas Lake was hired as a staff auditor, at DeLeon & Stang CPAs and Advisors, Gaithersburg.

MICHIGAN

Wesley Salisbury, a financial accounting software consultant at Maner Costerisan, Lansing, earned his Certified Management Accountant designation.

Kathy Ruggieri was hired as a principal and team member in the health care services group at WithumSmith+Brown, Whippany.

NEW YORK

Carolyn Dolci, partner in the professional serviced group at EisnerAmper, New York, was named a 2018 Policy Maker by the Executive Women of New Jersey at the group’s May 9 gala in Somerset Park.

Lee Ferber, partner at Gettry Marcus, Woodbury, will be spearheading the expansion of the firm’s business advisory group.

Joseph Shanahan was hired as the director of sales, employee benefits, at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, Melville.

Nancy Zucker was hired as vice present at Marcum Search, the executive recruiting and temporary staffing affiliate of accounting and advisory firm Marcum, to head a new division focused exclusively on recruiting for human resources.

Brandon Bridwell was appointed managing director in Portland at Ernst & Young.
