Intelligize announces AI solution for SEC filing

SEC filings analytics and compliance management solutions provider Intelligize announced the release of "Intellegize+ AI," a generative AI-driven SEC compliance analytics and research platform. The solution provides advanced search tools, including a new Expand Keywords feature to facilitate Boolean searching , as well as conceptual search technology which enables users to go beyond traditional keyword searches for more intuitive discovery of the most relevant documents based on the concepts of underlying queries. The platform's "Ask AI" feature enables users to ask questions in plain English about their search results to speed document review and pinpoint the most relevant examples. Two additional AI-driven features, "AI Compare" and "AI Summarize," help users highlight similarities and differences between documents for faster review, and provide condensed explanations of sections within documents. The development of Intelligize+ AI was guided by the RELX Responsible AI Principles, which prioritize secure and private interaction.

Bloomberg Tax and Accounting unveils new AI features

Bloomberg Tax and Accounting announced new enhancements to Bloomberg Tax Workpapers, including an AI formula generator plus additional integrations with Bloomberg Tax's Fixed Assets and Tax Provision solutions. The new AI Expression Generator within Bloomberg Tax Workpapers enables users to input their requirements in natural language and receive an AI-generated formula output. This tool leverages AI automation to address common challenges in the review and maintenance of workpapers, such as mitigating the risk of manual formula errors or uncertainty around which function to use to accomplish a data transformation task. Meanwhile, the integration of Workpapers with Bloomberg Tax Fixed Assets offers a self-service option for users to automate their asset import and export processes. For example, users can set up a workflow to automate their reconciliation tasks or feed depreciation values directly into a workpaper for other tax calculations.

Clio launches solution for accounting for law firm finances

Clio, typically better known for its legal solutions, launched a new accounting solution to better manage law firm finances. Clio Accounting is a legal-specific bookkeeping and accounting solution designed to address the financial needs of law firms. The system, when leveraged alongside Clio Manage, allows users to automatically record and synchronize payments in real time between the relevant bank account and firm ledger; gain insights into their bank account via live feeds, plus detailed insights into cash flow and financial reports; manage all of their trust accounting securely in compliance with industry rules; and assist in tax filing. Clio Accounting is available to U.S.-based firms with Clio Manage accounts.

interVal touts new dashboard

Accounting automation solutions provider interVal launched its Business Overview Dashboard tool. It allows users to access business health insights such as business valuation, key metrics, valuation timeline, goals, and salability score. Essential opportunities are also now easily accessible in the dashboard, including excess working capital, non-operating assets and serviceable debt. All of these metrics are consolidated into one accessible view. The new dashboard tool is now available to all interVal advisor users.
