1st Global, research and consulting partner to CPA and wealth management firms, launched a new mobile app connecting advisors and wealth management assistants to account information.
The new mobile app offers six key features: account access with the ability to search by client name, ticker symbol or CUSIP number; the ability to create or check service request statuses submitted to 1st Global’s client services team; event registration and management; access to company newsletter 1st Weekly; the ability to download or email client-approved emails directly from the app; and alerts related to important announcements and events.
“We know that it is becoming more and more important for advisors and wealth management assistants to have a reliable lifeline to their offices and 1st Global, wherever they may be,” stated 1st Global chief marketing officer Brian Finnigan. “The new 1st Global mobile app has been designed and developed to be just that a lifeline that provides critical information and capabilities when and where they need it.”
The 1st Global software development team built the app using two-factor authentication security feature RSA SecurID. Recently introduced to 1st Global advisors at three-day leadership conference Eagles Executive Forum 2014, the app is now available in the Apple app store, with more information
