220 changes on deck for CenterPoint Accounting and Payroll V. 14.10
Red Wing Software has released version 14.10 of all its CenterPoint Accounting and Payroll products. New features include a dashboard, which today has become indispensable for accounting software products.
All CenterPoint products now feature a dashboard showing real-time performance and financial information. The dashboard can be configured to display at startup or from one click within the application. It provides an overview of the business and allows access to the report that generated the information. The default dashboard can be customized for the specific needs of each business.
A new single tab entry screen has been added to both sales orders and invoice entry.
A work-related injuries and illnesses module has been added to the growing list of HR functions available for CenterPoint Payroll. This is used to track specific details regarding the incident, treatment and workers' compensation claims. The employee work-related injury and illness summary report allows accountants to produce reports on the information entered into the module.
“There are over 220 changes incorporated into version 14.10, which were based on customer feedback,” said Mike Zielski, Red Wing Software quality assurance and project manager, in a statement. “The focus for this update was to make information easier to access and to make the programs more efficient overall. The dashboard and quick entry screens accomplish both goals and strengthen the product offering.”
Red Wing makes three distinct accounting products for businesses, nonprofits, and farms.
