AccountAbilities Inc., a provider of financial personnel staffing services, marketing services and management consulting services, announced that one of its partner firms has acquired a smaller staffing and consulting firm.
Southern California’s Singer Lewak Greenbaum & Goldstein LLP has acquired Finity Resources, which will become part of the Partner on Premise network through AccountAbilities’ existing agreement with SLGG. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Finity Resources is focused on the areas of finance, accounting and information technology.
Last week, AccountAbilities announced that it had signed a contract with Bethesda, Md.-based Reznick Group, to provide services through the Partner on Premise program.
