Costa Mesa, Calif. (Oct. 29, 2002) -- Middle market accounting and enterprise management software vendor Syspro has launched a major re-branding that includes a new corporate logo and renaming its flagship product Impact Encore, to its corporate name.Branding under a "unified Syspro name will optimize brand awareness and increase market penetration," the Costa Mesa, Calif.-based company said. It also said that research indicated that the market has identified Impact Encore by both its original name and by the vendor's moniker.
"A single brand identifier and unified belief set, vision and image are essential for the company to maintain itself as a dominant player in the worldwide software market," said chief executive Phil Duff
The vendor announced the re-branding at its reseller conference in Italy. It also used the show to release Syspro version 6.0, with enhancements that include business analytic functions, document flow management and integrated customer relationship management functionality.
