AccuFund Inc., a developer of accounting software for nonprofits and governments, has released AccuFund Anywhere, a cloud-based version of its AccuFund Accounting Suite that will allow users to access its core functionality from any Web browser.
AccuFund Anywhere includes the same reports and uses the same SQL database available in the Windows-based version of the AccuFund Accounting Suite. It also features an import-export capability that enables files on the system, such as spreadsheets and payroll lists, to be exchanged with other systems. It also seamlessly integrates with AccuFund CRM, the company's online Software-as-a-Service solution for fundraising and constituent relationship management.
Unlike some multi-tenant cloud solutions, AccuFund Anywhere provides each client with their own database, the company noted, offering additional security and backup options.
"AccuFund Anywhere is the only true nonprofit browser-based accounting solution available in the market today," said AccuFund president Peter Stam. "Our solution gives clients an excellent user experience that makes the transition from traditional Windows-based products to a cloud solution an easy process."
AccuFund Anywhere is available now with the core functionality of the AccuFund Accounting Suite, including these modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Report Writer and Forms Designer.
Pricing for the initial user is $190 per month, with additional users at $140 month, and a sliding scale of pricing for volume users.
