Attitude POSitive introduced a new version of its AccuPOS Retail Point of Sale software with new features for small and mid-market retailers for streamlining sales and back-office processes.
AccuPOS Retail 2008 integrates with Intuit's QuickBooks as well as Sage's Peachtree, MAS and Simply Accounting software. The software includes a training emulation mode to emulate transactions such as adding new customers, charging to customer accounts, processing credit cards and running tabs as if they were entered using the live database.
The software is able to assign discounts to customers without user intervention. AccuPOS 2008 also allows selling one item and deducting of another. The software ranges in price from $595 for a basic version to $2,495 for the elite version.
