ADP Forges Relationship with Illinois Society

Payroll and human resources services provider ADP Small Business Services has forged a relationship with the Illinois CPA Society to serve as the preferred payroll services vendor for the society's more than 22,000 members.

Under the agreement, ICPAS members will receive preferred pricing on ADP's payroll, retirement and insurance services offerings for small and midsized businesses, as well as access to its dedicated service teams.

Offerings include calculation, payment and filing of federal, state and local payroll taxes, as well as signed payroll checks and direct deposit vouchers. Users also receive a complete set of reports to manage payroll information. ICPAS members can choose phone, fax or Internet payroll entry method.

Under the program, ADP will offer ICPAS members a reduced set-up fee for any new or conversion 401(k) plans, and discounts on ADP's workers' compensation premium payment offering. ADP will also waive first-year processing fees for members that are eligible for ADP's pay-by-pay workers' compensation insurance services offering for small businesses with premium payments spread throughout the year.

In addition to its relationship with the ICPAS, ADP Small Business Services has partnerships with societies in other states, including California, Alabama, Ohio and Florida.
