AICPA Joins Alliance for Investor Education

The American Institute of CPAs, the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, and the Retirement Security Project have joined the nonprofit Alliance for Investor Education.

The 21-member Alliance for Investor Education provides investors with access to a full range of information they need to make wise investment decisions.

“The AICPA, especially through its financial literacy campaigns, has advocated for an educated, well-informed investor,” said Carl George, chair of the AIPCA’s National CPA Financial Literacy Commission. “The Institute and the Alliance clearly share a common mission to achieve a goal that is critical to a robust capital market system.”
