Louisville, Ky. (April 21, 2004) -- Professional services firm association Alliott Group North America has forged an alliance with alliantgroup to provide its members with federal and state tax research and advisory services.
Under the agreement, Alliott Group North America members have access to alliantgroup’s business and personal tax research and advisory services.
Alliantgroup will assist AGNA member firms to deliver government-sponsored incentives to small and midsized companies; traditional tax compliance and tax advisory services; and advice on strategic transactions through the merger and acquisition advisory group. Alliantgroup's managing directors consist of former Big Four accounting firm partners, law firm partners, Internal Revenue Service members, and engineers.
Alliott Group North America has 19 members throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The alliantgroup is an independent national professional services firm with offices in Houston, New York, San Francisco, San Diego and Denver.
