Chicago — Accounting firm consolidator American Express Tax and Business Services Inc. has unveiled its Private Client Group, a three-office unit that will provide accounting, tax, business advisory and wealth services to high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs throughout the Chicago area.
With offices in Chicago, Deerfield and Napierville, the PCG will be overseen by chief operating officer Mark Gaines; Jeff Pozen, director of audit and accounting services; Mark Goldman, director of tax; Arlene Levin, director of back office solutions; and Jerry Zaidman, director of valuation/litigation support services.
AmEx TBS currently operates some 53 offices and has roughly 2,700 professionals. The firm ranked ninth on the 2004 Accounting Today Top 100 Firms list with an estimated $367.50 million in revenue.
