APEX Enhances FirstStrike Disbursement Software

APEX Analytix has upgraded its FirstStrike disbursement management software with new features for combating payment fraud.

Processing Content

FirstStrike 9.2, which is now available as an online managed service, helps companies better safeguard their accounts payable disbursements. The software helps prevent duplicate payments and fraud, ensure compliance with contract prices and discounts, analyze procurement card and tax data, manage cash flow and clean up master vendor files.

New features include visual prompts for reviewing and interpreting transaction data to spot significant trends that can affect a company’s bottom line. Enhanced vendor profiles and reports populate automatically with detailed data on potential fraud risks. Expanded value-added tax reporting and compliance monitoring features help companies with broad global operations.

Improved tracking of duplicate payment claims makes it easier to monitor how and when claims are resolved. New graphs improve the monitoring of electronic invoice statistics. Expanded global selection options make it easier to access procure-to-pay performance data. Built-in audit logs enable companies to better manage their FirstStrike resources by tracking changes made to editable fields and reports.
