B&C Advisory Group, a diversified consortium offering CPA, financial planning and information technology consulting services, said that it has added regional management consultant Nolan Brown Partners LLC to its portfolio.
The new addition will be rebranded as B&C Business Strategies LLC.
Terms were not disclosed.
Co-founders Michael Nolan and Steven Brown will serve as managing directors of the B&C Business Strategies. The new unit will consult on such issues as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, operations analysis and restructuring.
In addition to its newest arm, the 75-employee B&C Advisory Group also offers CPA services under the Braver & Co. brand, investment management under the Tandem Financial Services name, and technology consulting under B&C Technology Services.
