Cloud-based accounts payable and receivable system Bill.com has added to its offerings with the release of CashView, a cash flow management system designed to provide organizations with strategic insight and control over their finances.

CashView links directly to a user’s key financial sources, including accounting systems, to gather information and populate fields automatically. Accounts payable and receivable information is updated as soon as payments are made or received from the user’s bank account.

In addition, with CashView users can move bills and invoices in and out of the system to account for “what if” scenarios. Variables can be adjusted and modeled, with the results reflected in CashView charts and tables.

“Bill.com CashView marks a major innovation by automatically tying into current financial systems,” said Bill.com chief executive  René Lacerte. “It enables users to adjust scenarios, including cash-in and cash-out, in a completely realistic way, and it allows them to gain complete control and insight into their financial situation for better business decision making. It’s time for businesses to do away with the limitations of spreadsheets and gain the real control and insight that CashView affords.”
