CPA and business advisory firms Rucci Bardaro & Barrett PC headquartered here, and Lexington, Mass.-based Mathias Barnes & Henshaw P.C. have merged their practices, effective immediately.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Going forward, the combined entity will conduct business under the Rucci Bardaro & Barrett brand, while the union expands the number of RBB offices to three.
Roy Henshaw, founder and managing partner of Mathias Barnes will join RBB’s partner group expanding it to five.
In addition to traditional audit, accounting and tax services, the larger firm will expand its client services to include strategic planning and consulting to entrepreneurs and privately held companies, as well as agriculture.
