Brady Martz adds Banker's Compliance Consulting

Brady Martz & Associates, a Top 100 Firm based in Grand Forks, North Dakota, is expanding its financial institutions services by adding Banker's Compliance Consulting, headquartered in Central City, Nebraska, effective March 1.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Brady Martz ranked No. 91 on Accounting Today's 2025 list of the Top 100 Firms, with $69.99 million in annual revenue, over 50 partners, more than 380 employees and seven offices. It was founded in 1927 and has nine offices throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and Texas.

Banker's Compliance Consulting dates back to 1993 and provides on- and off-site compliance reviews, consultation and other resources, including webinars and training sessions.

Banker's Compliance Consulting has employees in Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin, with a staff of 13 people, according to its website.
