Spears argues the agency made an error in adjusting her share of income connected to Shiloh Standing — a company established by her father Jamie Spears at the beginning of her conservatorship — in the amount of $1,390,922.

She also claims the IRS made another error in adjusting her deductions from her annual income tax return in the amount of $334,372 and charging a penalty of $120,143. She has asked the court to rule there is no deficiency in her original filing.
