St. Louis (Sept. 10, 2001) -- Brown Smith Wallace LLC, a high-volume CPA firm here, has merged with Megargel Willbrand & Co., of St. Charles. Terms of the merger were not revealed.
The consolidated entity will retain the name of Brown Smith Wallace LLC. The merger balloons the staff to 100 with offices in Creve Cour, St. Charles, West County and South County.
As a result, the firm’s expanded breadth of services include benefit plan design, IT consulting, litigation services and forensic accounting, among others.
