Business Expense Reports Integrated with Xero

Expense report product maker Nexonia Inc. has partnered with Xero to integrate Nexonia Expenses within the cloud accounting system.

With the integration of the two systems, Nexonia’s expense report product can automatically sync information about vendors and GL accounts and then transfer approved expense reports to Xero. Users record their expenses against these dimensions and Nexonia automatically routes them for approval in as many steps as are necessary. Once approved, the expense report flows into the proper GL accounts in Xero, along with all of the details, receipts and maps (for mileage expenses).

Nexonia is also about to connect its VAT/GST and multi-currency support with Xero’s VAT system.

“Our customer base is growing rapidly and we’re always expanding our integrations, with Xero being a name we’re hearing a lot about,” said Nexonia chief executive Neil Wainwright. “It’s a pleasure to work with Xero, whose engineering team lived up to their reputation for getting things done professionally and quickly. It went so smoothly we’re going to keep driving the integration deeper and deeper, as we’re always looking for creative ways to make our customers even happier.”
