Teaneck, N.J. (July 14, 2003) -- Forensic accounting firm Campos & Stratis has formed a strategic alliance with CPA Richard F. Lane, a business valuation consultant based in Wyckoff, N.J., to provide integrated services to law firms, corporate and insurance industry clients.
“The alliance will provide resources to each of our firms,” said managing partner Chris Campos. “He can assist us with assignments that we need additional help on, and we can help him.” Campos said the two firms have been working together for months.
Campos & Stratis focuses primarily on expert witness testimony and damages related to loss income and loss of property. Lane, an ABV, specializes in damage calculations for commercial litigations and in business valuations, including those related to gift and estate tax, equitable distribution and shareholder oppression.
Lane has testified as an expert witness in federal and state courts in matters related to bankruptcy, breach of contract, professional malpractice and shareholder disputes. He also holds the Certified Valuation Analyst designation and is a member of the Litigation Services Committee and the Matrimonial Accounting Committee of the New Jersey Society of CPAs.
