Top 100 CPA and business advisory firm Cherry Bekaert & Holland has divested its Mobile, Ala.-based office to local accounting firm Wilkins Miller Hieronymus LLC for undisclosed terms.
The sale adds two former CB&H professionals to Wilkins Miller, giving it a total of 32 CPAs on staff.
The firm was created by a merger in 2009 of Wilkins Miller P.C. and Hieronymus, Gaillard & Jones LLC. The practice focuses on such niches as estates and trusts, forestry and manufacturing.
Ranked No. 28 on Accounting Today's 2011 Top 100 Firms roster, CB&H generated revenues of $98.4 million.
