Riverwoods, Ill. (Feb. 5, 2004) -- CCH Inc. has launched the latest version of its ProSystem fx Engagement paperless engagement software.
Version 3.0. integrates with Microsoft Outlook, Aspen Publishers’ Accounting Research Manager and the CCH Internet Tax Research NetWork, and utilizes a Microsoft MSDE database.
Other features include a new synchronization queue that enables users to synchronize multiple binders in the background while working in an Engagement binder, as well as new diagnostic views that provide snapshots of the local file room, engagement binder and trial balances. Version 3.0 can run in an existing Microsoft SQL environment. Enhancements have also been made to installation and workpaper notes and signoffs, CCH said.
