Cetrom Information Technology, provider of custom cloud solutions for small businesses, has been selected by the Alliance for Workplace Excellence as a 2014 Workplace Excellence Seal of Approval Award Winner.
The award, which honors companies in the Washington, D.C., area for providing a quality working environment, will be bestowed during AWE’s Annual Awards Luncheon May 20 in Bethesda, Md.
AWE evaluated and selected all award recipients based on: corporate culture and management practices, flexibility of work environment, and communication and employee engagement programs.
Specifically factored into Cetrom’s selection was the company’s flexible telecommuting policy, “daily huddles” via phone conference, support of children and veteran-focused charities, and a corporate, three-day weekend retreat.
