Citrix announced the completion of its acquisition of RightSignature, the cloud-based electronic signature company which integrates with Citrix ShareFile to help customers digitize documents.
With this acquisition, building on the joint ShareFile and RightSignature solution released last year, mobile workspace solution provider Citrix will extend its ShareFile product line to include e-signature, allowing customers to automate processes and go paperless.

The RightSignature team will join the Citrix organization immediately. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
