Clark Schaefer Hackett Acquires Consulting Group

Clark Schaefer Hackett has acquired the Clemans Group, a health care consulting firm, adding extra resources for advising hospitals, medical practices and dentist’s offices.

The Clemans Group, founded in 1992, provides consulting services to large hospitals, individual physicians, dentists and other specialists. With the acquisition, founder Ted Clemans and his partner Bill Clayton will join CSH as principals, continuing to serve clients from the firm’s Springfield, Ohio, office. Clemans has specialized in health care consulting since 1977, while Clayton has two decades of experience in medical management.

“The Clemans Group gives the firm’s health care clients valuable additional resources in the area of practice management and business advisory services,” said CSH health care industry group head Candice DeClark in a statement. “Health care providers are a significant industry focus of our firm and the Clemans Group will be an integral part of our growth in serving this market.”
