Client Profiles Release CRM for Accountants

Customer relationship management software provider and Microsoft Dynamics partner Client Profiles has released CRM4Accounting, a Dynamics CRM-based product tailored specifically for the accounting industry.

The software was unveiled at the AICPA Practitioners Symposium and TECH+ Conference in Las Vegas.

CRM4Accounting—which is modeled after the company’s CRM4Legal application for law firms—features a centralized database through which all information is stored, allowing personnel to manage client activities and supporting firm-wide marketing efforts.

“There is a strong demand for Microsoft Dynamics CRM throughout the professional services industry that has grown over the past three years as a direct result of the slow economy,” said Client Profiles president and chief executive Whit McIsaac. “Companies need CRM technology to tap into critical business intelligence that will help improve client service and business management.”

CRM4Accounting runs within Microsoft Outlook, allowing users to take advantage of the Microsoft Office Suite while deploying firm-wide contact management, relationship intelligence and business development tools.

The CRM4Accounting software is designed to integrate with other applications such as time and billing and human resources software. The Client Profiles software can also quickly determine if duplicate entries exist. Firms can define and set up any relationship they want to track, assign attributes to it, and associate individuals with that relationship.

CRM4Accounting was developed to enable accounting firms to integrate existing practice and document systems extending to Web and mobile devices for access to client and business data.
Early adopters of CRM4Accounting include BDO International and Reznick Group.
