Cougar Mountain Software has upgraded its accounting, fund and point-of-sale software products with a new financial dashboard and filtering and reporting features.

The latest version of the software also comes with enhanced filtering and external reporting features. Users will now be able to export reports to a CSV file and view it in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet products that can open files in the comma-separated value format. Users can then arrange the data in different formats, such as graphs, for further analysis.
The software also now lets users filter look-up information using a contains option that allows them to find an item when they have forgotten exactly how to spell a customers name or how an item was originally entered.
