ClientSolutions.cpa2biz.com, a new dedicated Web site, is aimed at firms looking to transform their client services, primarily through Web- or cloud-based technology.

“The Trusted Business Advisor Solutions site combines Web-based education, tools and resources to better position accountants to collaborate with their clients; offer higher-margin consultative services, like outsourced CFO and controllership services; and gain new efficiencies in traditionally lower-value, more labor-intensive areas like accounts payables,” said CPA2Biz vice president of corporate alliances Michael Cerami in a statement.

The site, available exclusively to accounting firms, collates information about various Web-based solutions available through the CPA2Biz Trusted Business Advisor platform, including:

* Paperless bill management (Bill.com Accountant Program);

* On-demand financial applications (Intacct Accountants Program);

* Payroll, human resources and employee benefits (Paychex Partner Program); and,

* Firm marketing services.

Practitioners visiting the site can register for free weekly Web seminars and live, eight-hour Trusted Business Advisor Workshops with state CPA societies.

They are also able to retrieve white papers on how to position, package and price accounting and cloud-based services. The site features several firm case studies in video and print formats, an interactive blog and other social media features.

In addition to the Web site, CPA2Biz has launched a new Web-based platform, available selectively to firms using the suite of cloud applications available through the Trusted Business Advisor Solutions program. The platform provides a central launching pad to the partner programs and offers an online information exchange capability where accounting staff can share white papers and educational materials within the firm, as well as a marketing resource library with a variety of customized client sales tools to grow the firm’s client accounting services practice. The platform can be branded with the accounting firm’s unique look and feel.
