CPE Link has added new features to its Firm CPE Center online software to better manage staff registrations for continuing professional education courses at accounting firms.
Version 3.0 of the CPE course provider's Firm CPE Center allows a firm’s account administrator to delegate registration rights to others to help manage staff CPE registrations. The new version also allows administrators to manage group registrations with new registrant “pick lists” that make group attendance verification forms easier.
Administrators can also run CPE Activity Reports for any date range and view and export records for one staff member or the whole office.
Version 3.0 also adds flexibility to CPE Link’s corporate savings plan, Firm Advantage Pass. The account administrator can choose to allocate Firm Advantage Pass hours to each staff member or select the “open access” option. This makes the hours available to all staff to use as needed and allows them to select the courses they want to take and go directly through the check-out process without needing to deal with credit card payments and reimbursement requests.
A new Usage Summary report for Firm Advantage Pass simplifies planning and budgeting. Data from the report can be exported if needed. Firms can refill their hours and quickly access them.
