Washington (March 12, 2002) -- Big Five firm Deloitte & Touche resigned as auditor for imaging center operator Healthcare Integrated Services Inc., according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Deloitte had served as HIS' auditor since 1992. A successor has not been named.
Deloitte & Touche's report on the Shrewsbury, N.J.-based company's 2000 financials said that the combination of recurring losses and deficiency in assets raised doubts as to its ability to continue as a going concern.
