Deltek, provider of enterprise software and information solutions for professional services firms and government contractors, announced Thursday the acquisition of enterprise software provider Sohnar and its Traffic LIVE solution.
The acquisition adds to Deltek’s portfolio of professional services automation solutions by delivering front-office capabilities for marketing agencies and other project-based companies to manage their businesses and deliver projects and engagements for their customers.
Traffic LIVE, founded in 2003 in London, is an online studio, project and workflow management and resource planning system that assists creative agencies and other professional services firms in managing people and project processes. The system is a cloud-based front-end solution that enables businesses to create estimates and quotes, schedule resources, capture time worked, bill clients, and track tasks.
