DeVry Offers Fast-Track Accounting Program

DeVry University, its Keller School of Management and Becker CPA Review have teamed up on an accelerated program to give accounting students their bachelor's and master's degrees and CPA designations in as little as five years.

The program includes a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in accounting through DeVry that can be earned in as few as three years. Then the student can earn a master's degree in business administration, or alternatively accounting and financial management, through Keller, and prepare to sit for the CPA Exam through Becker, in just two years.

The organizations claim this can shave up to two years from the traditional route to becoming a CPA and save DeVry students upwards of $10,000 in tuition and fees. The Keller MBA courses also may count toward the 150-credit-hour licensing requirement for CPAs.
