Southeast super-regional CPA firm Dixon Hughes plans to integrate the practice of Orlando-based Rosenfield Co., effective Feb. 1.
The move will allow the eight members of Rosenfield, including managing partner Ken Rosenfield (pictured), to join the 1,200 employees of Dixon Hughes. The deal also enables Dixon Hughes to expand to Florida. The firm plans to keep Rosenfield's Orlando office, but to operate it under the Dixon Hughes name.
"Florida was a strategic location for us," said director of marketing and business development D. Scott Moore.
Dixon Hughes also has offices in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia. The firm has approximately $200 million in revenue and ranked 18th on Accounting Today's 2008 list of the
