Doc.It Releases Upgraded Software

Doc.It released the latest version of its document management and archiving software, Doc.It Suite 3.0, at the 3rd Annual Accountants Technology Conference.

The latest version includes a new interface and a PDF Editor. The new interface consolidates all the products in the suite, including document management, workflow and the Web portal. The interface provides "a more intuitive and efficient way to work within the Doc.It Suite," said Doc.It president and CTO Howard Brown.

The PDF Editor functions as a direct replacement for Adobe Acrobat Standard and is designed for accountants. A new PDF Composer allows users to create new PDF files from multiple existing PDFs via a drag-and-drop interface.
