Drake Software has enlisted InterceptEFT to provide direct deposit of payroll through Drake's Client Write-Up software.
The two companies hope to build on each other's customer bases. Drake services over 26,000 tax professionals in the U.S., while InterceptEFT has more than 44,000 business customers nationwide.
"This is a significant opportunity," said InterceptEFT president Bryan Smith in a statement. "Drake customers will be able to benefit from our expertise in direct deposit, and the seamless integration will not only save them time and money, but give them a selling advantage over competitors that do not offer this technology."
